Tech Reformers will be attending the 62nd annual California IT in Education (CITE) conference on November 16-19, 2021. The CITE conference is held at Safe Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento, California.

We are highlighting our partnership with OpenText. About 200 school districts use OpenText. OpenText was named a “Leader” in content management by both Gartner and Forrester.

This conference is a special homecoming for John Krull, President and Founder of Tech Reformers. He is a long-time member of CITE and, before the name change, CETPA. John earned CETPA’s Certified Cheif Technology certification in 2010 when he was at Envision Schools, a Bay Area Charter Management Organization. He remained active while he was CTO at Fremont Unified and Oakland Unified.

John is a former CIO at Seattle Public Schools and former CTO at Oakland Unified School District. Prior to 15 years leading school system technology, John worked at Microsoft and various startups implementing web and video technologies. John began his long career as a teacher.
