We offer AWS consulting, training, and services for IT Modernization, Digital Transformation, and AI.
Position Overview
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant (20 hours/week) to support the CEO of a growing AWS cloud services consultancy. This role will manage key business operations, allowing the CEO to focus on sales strategy and technical leadership. Opportunity for increased hours as business grows.
Responsibilities
Sales Support & CRM Management
- Maintain and update customer records in HubSpot and ACE CRM systems
- Conduct structured sales follow-up through email and phone communication
- Coordinate sales meetings and demonstrations within defined work hours
- Prepare and distribute sales proposals and contracts
- Generate weekly sales pipeline reports
Financial Management
- Process client billing and maintain accounts receivable on a set schedule
- Handle accounts payable and expense tracking
- Manage company credit card and expense reconciliation
- Prepare scheduled financial reports
Training Program Coordination
- Manage AWS training calendar and coordinate with trainers
- Process student registrations and communications
- Coordinate training material preparation and delivery
- Handle certification tracking and distribution
- Maintain training feedback
Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar during agreed work hours
- Coordinate team meetings within a set schedule
- Handle travel arrangements for the CEO and technical team
- Maintain digital filing systems
- Process business correspondence
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with billing and basic accounting processes
- Experience in technology or cloud services industry preferred
- Knowledge of AWS ecosystem a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Schedule & Location
